We have been keeping an eye on Shadowgun Madfinger since its first batch of images ridiculously impressive hit our bulletin board. At times, we hypothesized that it might not be as beautiful as it is moving in the pictures, but soon we will all have a chance to go hands on with the supposed wonder of technology and try on our own when it hits the App Store on September 28. And to be clear: it is striking both the iPhone and iPad at that time.
Shadowgun is a sci-fi shooter, clearly inspired by slam-and-shoot in the third person games like Gears of War Epic. You play a bounty hunter muscular responsible for making Dr Simon Edgar, a geneticist who is creating his own personal army of mutants, cyborgs and other genetically modified monstrosities. You'd figure by the year 2350 the company would be able to identify the nuts before you build fortresses and mutants, but we're here.
Shadowgun for iPhone and iPad is available soon on September 28 at the App Store.
